The HMIS Agency Administrator is the main contact for communication between the Calgary HMIS support team and the staff within an agency or program(s) who enter data in the HMIS ServicePoint.   As the key contact, the Agency Administrator is responsible for, but not limited to:

  1. Monitoring and maintaining user profiles
    1. Resetting passwords as requested
    2. Ensuring users have “Enter Data As” (EDA) access to the correct programs with which they are working with clients.  
    3. Removing user profiles for staff who are leave employment with the agency (or request HMIS to remove profile).

  3. Data Quality Assurance
  4. Internal HMIS key contract for questions at your agency (Super User)
