Housing First Graduates is an extension of CAA (Coordinated Access & Assessment) and acts as the virtual holding program for all Housing First clients who have been flagged to graduate from a Housing First program to a Graduate Program. These clients are populated on the Housing First Graduates tab of the CAA Triage list and are discussed by the CAA table for placement in the Graduate Program as per each table's Terms of Reference.
