The CAA ROI gives permission to share the client’s information at the CAA Placement Tables, and thus be placed within a new program.

All clients who are referred to either Program Transfer – CAA, or Housing First Graduates - CAA, must have a valid CAA ROI uploaded to their HMIS Client Profile (under the ROI Tab).
