Incidents 


This section is an optional tool and allows your Agency/Program to indicate and track specific Client Incidents. 

 

1.     To add an Incident, press the Add New Incident button. 

 

 

 

2.    Enter the mandatory fields as indicated by the bold font and asterisk. 

 

  

 

3.    Indicate the appropriate incident from the Incident dropdown options.

 

 


4.     Enter any other information relevant to your Agency/Program's policy
