December 6, 2022: the HMIS User Agreement has been replaced by the newly introduced 'CHF Digital Platforms User Agreement'. If you require access to HMIS, please ensure both you and your supervisor complete the 'CHF Digital Platforms User Agreement', and submit it to the HMIS Team.
