Please note that any email address tied to your HMIS ServicePoint account should be available exclusively to the user.  Shared group email addresses should not be used.


To change the email address on your HMIS ServicePoint account:


1) Log in to HMIS ServicePoint


2) Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen next to your name:



3) Enter in your e-mail into the E-mail field, then click Save & Exit:
