Please note that any email address tied to your HMIS ServicePoint account should be available exclusively to the user and issued to you by your employer.  Shared group email addresses should not be used. Personal email addresses are not permitted. 


To change the email address on your HMIS ServicePoint account:


1) Log in to HMIS ServicePoint


2) Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen next to your name:



3) Enter in your e-mail into the E-mail field, then click Save & Exit:
