Ensure the Client Profile Tab is complete prior to completing the Households Tab.

Ensure there is only ONE current household.

Manage Household

Since families are diverse and dynamics shift often, you may press ‘Manage Household’ to edit the composition of the household. You might need to:

  • Remove members from the Household
  • Delete members from the Household
  • Add members to the Household

Press the prohibitive symbol to REMOVE client from household and keep client’s history and affiliation with that household. For example, use if there is a separation/divorce and one household member is moving out.

In contrast, press ‘Add/Delete Household Members’ to DELETE the client from the household AND permanently delete the client’s history/affiliation with that household. For example, you might use this if you accidently added the wrong client to the Household.

Press ‘Add/Delete Household Members’ to ADD new members joining the household your program is servicing.

*Only individuals being serviced by your program should be included as a member of the household.

  1. Navigate to Client Profile Tab
  2. Press ‘Add New Client Note’ button
  3. Enter date
  4. Enter Client Note
  5. Press ‘Save’.

*This will now act as a pop-up alert for any user who goes into that client’s profile.
