Do I need to use a specific browser to access the dashboards?

No specific browser is required to access the dashboard however we recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best experience.


I’ve already submitted a User Agreement; do I need to re-submit the ‘CHF digital Platform User Agreement’?

Yes. The CHF Digital Platform User Agreement is an updated version that now covers the Qlik platform, as well as any new platforms CHF may utilize in the future. Please read the Agreement thoroughly before signing.


Will ROIs impact how data pulls into the Qlik Dashboards?

No – we encourage all necessary ROI’s to be kept up to date within the client profile on HMIS, however, this has no bearing on how data pulls into the Qlik Dashboards.


Do I need to be an HMIS user to access the dashboards?

No, you do not need to be an HMIS user to access the dashboards. The dashboards are a standalone tool separate of HMIS.


Can I request another member of my agency to get access to the dashboards?

Yes, please email the HMIS team regarding any additional program staff that should have access to Qlik. The staff will be required to watch the training video and submit a CHF Digital Platform User Agreement, at which point we can set up their Qlik account.


How do I request an additional chart/data to be added to the dashboard?

We are actively working on the dashboards to provide better visualizations of your data. If you feel something is missing that would be of benefit, please suggest it through the feedback buttons on the overview sheet in the housing dashboard.


I don’t believe the data inside the dashboard is correct, how can I fix it?

If you find any data discrepancies please email the HMIS team at hmis@calgaryhomeless.com


Do we still follow the ART Timeline to make sure all data is entered in HMIS by the 10th business day of each month?

Yes. Data entry timelines will remain consistent with the Qlik dashboards as they were with ART. However, we encourage you to utilize the dashboards as frequently as you’d like to monitor your data quality.
