Our HMIS Vendor, WellSky, operates a helpdesk portal (using Salesforce). To request support from WellSKy, we need to create cases within the portal.

 

Each member of the HMIS Support Team should have a User Account for the WellSky Portal. To set up new accounts, ask a member of the HMIS Team to submit a case to build the new account. 

 

Note: When following up with any cases, please do so in the comments section of the case. Do not follow up by email.
